Christopher Salgado's career spans cyber, OSINT, and physical investigations — built over 25 years into an expertise most firms can't offer their clients in-house.
Salgado's background covers social engineering, threat management, intelligence analysis, corporate risk, brand protection, cult infiltration, cyberstalking, supply chain integrity, romance scams, identity theft, cryptocurrency fraud, and SIU investigations — a range built case by case, not from a textbook.
Before founding All Points Investigations, Salgado served on the investigations team within Facebook's global investigations division, where he helped build the operation — work that put him in proximity to some of the most consequential digital-security matters of the last decade, including support tied to the Cambridge Analytica matter and the inquiries into foreign interference in the 2016 U.S. election.
That experience became the foundation for All Points Investigations, founded in 2018, which grew into a global cyber, OSINT, and physical investigations firm serving corporations, law firms, government entities, individuals, and fellow investigators across all 50 states and more than 100 countries. In 2026, that firm evolved into Centauri Fulcrum — built to pair the same investigative judgment with AI-driven intelligence capability.
