All Points Investigations, LLC Becomes Centauri Fulcrum, LLC, a New Intelligence Firm Built at the Convergence of Investigations and AI
Founder Christopher Salgado — a former Facebook Investigations leader trusted by the FBI, Interpol, and the government of Saudi Arabia — launches the next chapter after 25 years as an Investigator and Intelligence Expert
ORLANDO, Fla. — August 26, 2026 — All Points Investigations, LLC (API), the global cyber, OSINT, and physical investigations firm built by 25-year investigator Christopher Salgado, is now Centauri Fulcrum (CF) — a new company engineered for a world where information moves faster than the people trying to make sense of it.
This isn't a rename. It's a redeployment. Everything API built — the case history, the government relationships, the track record across nearly 50 states and more than 100 countries — carries forward intact. What's new is the mandate: pair that investigative judgment with the AI-driven intelligence capability the next decade of risk is going to demand.
"Every investigator right now is drowning in data and starving for answers," said Salgado, founder and CEO. "The firms that figure out how to combine real investigative instinct with real technology are going to out-think everyone else in the room. The firms that don't are going to be the ones explaining to a client why they missed it. I built Centauri Fulcrum so we're never that firm — and so our clients never have to be, either."
From Facebook's Global Investigations Division to a New Kind of Intelligence Firm
Salgado's background is the argument for why this company exists. Before founding API in 2018, he served on the investigations team within Facebook's global investigations division, where he helped build the operation — work that put him in proximity to some of the most consequential digital-security matters of the last decade, including support tied to the Cambridge Analytica matter and the inquiries into foreign interference in the 2016 U.S. election.
That experience became the backbone of API, and now of CF. In the years since, Salgado has trained or presented to the FBI, DEA, Homeland Security Investigations, ICE, CBP, Interpol, Europol, members of the European Commission, and multiple branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. In 2025, the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Justice invited him to advise on the role of artificial intelligence inside judicial processes — a rare credential for a private-sector investigator, and a marker of how far his standing now extends.
PI Magazine named him a Top Investigator in 2024 and he was on the cover of the same in 2022. He keynoted CrimeCon 2022 on the anatomy of romance scams. He's represented by the London Speaker Bureau and he built two industry programs: AGGOSO™ Training (Aggressive Open-Source Intelligence Operations) and Anti-Hackathon™, specifically to raise the floor on OSINT skill and public digital-safety awareness.
None of that expertise gets left behind in this transition. It's the foundation Centauri Fulcrum is built on top of.
What's Actually Changing
Centauri Fulcrum is built around a simple, uncomfortable truth: the volume of digital information tied to any person, company, or threat is now too large for even a great investigator to work through by hand at the speed clients need answers. CF pairs experienced human investigators with AI-driven analysis across OSINT, cyber investigations, corporate due diligence, threat intelligence, digital forensics, cryptocurrency tracing, litigation support, and reputation defense — built to surface in minutes the connection a manual search would take days to find.
"Finding information was always the job," Salgado said. "The job now is finding it first, understanding what it means faster than the other side, and acting on it before the window closes. That's the whole idea behind Centauri Fulcrum. Intelligence. Leverage. Impact. In that order."
The name is deliberate. Centauri points to Alpha Centauri — the nearest star system beyond our own, a nod to looking past the boundaries of conventional investigative reach. A fulcrum is the point where a small, precise application of force moves something far larger than itself. Put together: turn intelligence into leverage, and leverage into outcomes a client can actually act on.
The Cost of Waiting
The organizations that adapt fastest to AI-augmented intelligence won't just move quicker than their competitors — they'll see things their competitors can't, sooner than their competitors do. For corporations, law firms, insurers, and security teams facing fraud, litigation exposure, executive threats, or an adversary who's already three steps ahead, that gap compounds fast. The firms still working the old way aren't just slower. They're increasingly working blind — and won't know it until the report they needed was the one a competitor already had.
Centauri Fulcrum is built for the firms and clients who'd rather not find that out the hard way.
